Kalybe is an advanced analysis and report generation service. The reports produced are informational documents intended to support decision-making. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice in any regulatory sense.
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
— One-off: €59 — single payment, no commitment.
Kalybe reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. The prices that apply are those in force at the time of order.
Reports are delivered by email to the address provided at the time of order. As a guide, most reports are delivered within 10 to 30 minutes. For complex analyses, such as multi-country studies or in-depth due diligence, this may extend to 90 minutes. These timeframes are best-effort commitments and not guarantees of result.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after payment and following the customer's express consent, in line with applicable consumer law on the supply of digital content.
Nevertheless, Kalybe undertakes to issue a full refund in the following cases:
— The report is not delivered within 90 minutes of payment confirmation
— The report is clearly unusable due to a proven technical fault attributable to Kalybe
Any refund request must be submitted by email to info@kalybe.com within 48 hours of the order.
Kalybe reports are generated from public sources and advanced analysis algorithms. They are provided for information purposes only. Kalybe does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the information contained in the reports. In any event, Kalybe's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Reports generated by Kalybe are provided for the customer's personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution or resale, whether partial or total, is strictly prohibited without Kalybe's prior written consent.
Data collected: name, email, and information relating to your analysis.
Use: solely for the generation and delivery of your report.
Retention: data is automatically deleted once the report has been delivered.
Sharing: no data is shared with third parties.
Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data. Contact us at info@kalybe.com.

These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
